What is Sparklike Beta?

Sparklike Beta is a concept with a target to link the market demand for quality control tools and Sparklike R&D closer to each other.

Sparklike Beta product versions are products on their second stage of testing with an existing proof of concept study and are released for a reduced price to Sparklike´s customer base. At Beta phase Sparklike will gather feedback from the users about the product usability for potential further fine tuning. The Beta versions are considered to have all the major functions of the final product. The customers participating in beta testing will be able to have their input on the final product communicating directly with the developers through active communication during the testing.

Spy Distance

• A measurement arrangement designed to control the tempered (or any reflecting) glass surface flatness
• Fast, accurate and scalable to all production line widths
• Easy to assemble and operate
• Measurement data can be read from computer display and/or can be sent through the most common industrial communication lines
• Does the tempered glass meet the standard requirements?

Spyglass Online

• A measurement arrangement designed to control:
  

  - IG unit glass and spacer thickness´ and to visualize the unit structure

  - Low e locations in the unit

  - Total unit thickness
• To be mounted in an IG line or in an other solid platform
• Measurement data can be read from computer display and/or can be sent through the most common industrial communication lines
• Accurate and user friendly application
• Does the IG structure meet what is ordered, are the material widths within tolerances, are the low e´s in the right places, is the spacer width information correct for the secondary sealant applicator?

Sparklike standard LED light source

• A standard led light source for various applications
  - Biofotonics

• Repeatable and stable, adjustable power feed to the LED´s

Gasglass Benchtop

• A measurement arrangement controlling the inert gas concentration within an IG unit. Able to measure both argon and krypton gas accurately on relevant fill levels
• Based on plasma emission technology, ideal for double glazed units
• Arrangement consisting of analyzer unit and a separate handle like the previous Gasglass 1002 device
• The device can be controlled either through a computer or through the operating switch in the handle
• The measurement can be read from a computer display. The data can also be directly saved for further analysis and usage to the computer
